Change of Coverage Period
If you’re a new student starting in January, you can enrol yourself, your spouse and/or dependants between Jan. 4 - 20, 2012 during the Change of Coverage Period.

Beginning in 2009, the new undergraduate Health and Dental Plan covers things not covered by Alberta Health and other provincial plans, such as prescription drugs, dental care, eye exams, and many other services.
All undergraduate students enrolled in at least 3 credits in the Fall Term, and who pay SU fees, will be automatically covered, including Augustana students.
Coverage can be customized by keeping only parts of the Plan, enrolling a spouse/dependants, or completely opting out during the Fall Change-of-Coverage period from Sept. 1 - 21st, 2010. Students who begin their academic year in January are not automatically enrolled but may enrol themselves and their families during the January Change of Coverage period (see website for details).
